This policy explains what personal data Trackingmatix processes, why, and how it is protected.
What we process
Account details of company users, shipment data entered by each company, and driver locations while deliveries are in progress. Each company's data is stored in its own database.
Recipients and tracking links
A tracking link shows only progress, an estimated arrival and an approximate position. It never shows the recipient's details, the driver's identity or the route history.
